I bring more than 20 years of strategic HR leadership, honed in global, blue-chip organisations, to start-ups, SMEs and business units at a point of change.
I work alongside the CEO and senior team to set the people strategy and put it into practice: a Target Operating Model and the organisational design to support it, clear roles and accountabilities, strategic talent acquisition built on a standardised, repeatable process, leadership development and sound HR foundations, including contracts, policies and legal compliance.
What sets my approach apart is business psychology. Hogan assessments and a psychologist’s understanding of behaviour show what really drives your leaders and teams, so decisions about structure, hiring and development rest on evidence rather than instinct.
